Nov 03,2022The Good: Great products and competitive pricing. The Bad: Sadly not easy to deal with customer service if you’re not a business but end user. Even if your order arrives with marks/damage like my Kai scissors you’ll most likely have to pay yourself to return it as they’ll say it doesn’t affect the functionality, which i find unreasonable, and a shame.
