Sep 20,2024I wasn’t expecting much given the low cost of the timber, but it was a pleasant surprise when it arrived. All lengths of timber were straight and none of the boards were damaged. James, the delivery driver, was friendly and extremely helpful. I’ll use Halcyon for all my future timber purchases as the whole experience from start to finish was exemplary.

Sep 15,2024I have been looking for timber cladding for an office I am building in my garden. The guys at Halcyon are so knowledgeable and they have a large selection of timber on site. They are fairly local, which is important to me, I prefer to support local businesses than big box stores. Price comparison . . . Halcyon were cheaper than the big box stores and delivery was easy to arrange. The guys could not ha e been more helpful. I have already recommended them to my friend who is a gardener, and her builder husband. Overall, excellent customer service, a really simple website experience, seamless delivery and a friendly team to answering questions.
