Dec 07,2021Hi, I am usually really happy with everything I buy from you, however this time I was a little disappointed, no fault of your own I purchased pure acid tone instead of acrylic liquid and didn’t realised until I got home but it was okay, but I also disappointed about the fact I ordered and paid for a small tube of nail glue and I never received it. My order was #HPSS5575. Never the less the pink powder I purchased is amazing in colour and I’m yet to see the product in action, thank you.

May 28,2021When I purchased a Touch Back Pro product, the colour was incorrect. After speaking to HPSS, they agreed to send another product with the colour I wanted, for just the postage fee. The replacement was delivered only a day later. Extraordinary service that went above and beyond, which is very rare these days. I certainly appreciate the time taken to listen to my problem by staff members and the lengths taken by the owner to resolve my issue. I am very grateful and extremely happy with your service.
