Nov 05,2019Having used Halsbury for a number of trips over a number of years they never disappoint, the planning and service is excellent throughout. Our recent trip to Washington was simply amazing and we will be looking to do this trip again with our pupils in the next few years. Halsbury staff go out of their way to ensure school needs are met and trips provide that once in a life time experience for the pupils. Looking forward to working with Halsbury again very soon :)

Nov 03,2019Our school trip to Paris was incredibly well organised by Halsbury Travel Group. We saw exactly what we needed to of the city and our tour guide was excellent. Everything for the trip was prepared and when I asked for numerous changes these were all accommodated. I would definitely use Halsbury Travel Group again, but I might warn my students even more about pickpockets and the flimsy nature of the metro tickets!

Oct 31,2019An excellent tour delivered expertly by Halsbury. Their attention to detail and patience with endless requests was much appreciated. The host families were superb and the city or Montpellier has won over the hearts of the group. Can’t rate the whole package highly enough.

Sep 17,2019I have done several trips with Halsbury with the most recent one being to Venice. Right from creating the trip to itinerary the company were brilliant. By far the best travel company I have used and would definitely recommend them. The staff are always helpful and always there to help. The hotels and activities provided are fantastic and without Halsbury my students would not have had the experiences and created their own special memories.

Jul 15,2019We had a fantastic trip to Salamanca. Couldn't fault the school or the families, all were great. I do find however that the booking process at Halsbury could be made easier: - It would be good if the quoting process was quicker - I don't understand why you need names of passengers on booking the trip (no other company requires this) - I think you should look into alternative airlines and not just Easyjet; I do have a problem with the price increasing the more students I have Isla were amazing, they were so helpful and nothing was too much for them. Fantastically organised and welcoming. Great school!

A great booking team, Delphine was also excellent when looking after us once we had booked and our guide Berenice, who was with us from the airport in Birmingham and back, was phenomenal. Our school has already booked their next trip with them due to their excellence and I cannot recommend them enough. I was very impressed with them.

Jul 04,2019Communication hasn't been great. I have emailed and phoned several times asking for information and it has taken weeks and sometimes months for a response. I have done this trip several times in the past and the tour company has been quick to respond. It become much better towards the departure date.

Jul 02,2019I struggled to get information needed to prepare our trip. EG: the rooming breakdown, then once we received it and i had sorted it, i was informed it was still wrong. I was given 3 different reasons why this happened, not convinced by any of them. It was wrong when we got to the hotel anyway. Check your itinerary for unnecessary commuting so you don’t spend more time than needed travelling to the attractions. Also presuming certain things; booking the hotel without me confirming which one I wanted to proceed with. Hence then the stress of getting another hotel at the same price.

Jun 17,2019We have always had an excellent experience with Halsbury travel which is why we use them every year to plan our visits to the Belgium Battlefields. There is never any issue too big for Halsbury and they are so understanding of the constraints we have in teaching and the limited time we have to plan such important trips.

Nov 05,2019We had an excellent trip to Nice with a group of A-level and GCSE students. Halsbury was really good at responding to our requests and we were really pleased with the language schools and host families. The trips in the afternoon were also really good.
