Oct 03,2021I was grateful that the collection and delivery of my laundry went smoothly. The drivers were prompt and polite. I had requested the use of non-bio laundry liquid. My laundry was returned with the most potent chemical smell, it was suffocating. I could not get the smell out so I ended up having to dispose of all the items they had washed. This was a big loss and I regret taking a chance on the service.

Jul 23,2021I made two separate orders and neither arrived on time. I placed the first one to arrive from 9pm-11pm and the driver arrived at 6:30pm. I wasn't in so not able to collect. I placed the second order for 7am-9am and the driver was due to arrive at 10am, at which point I was at work. I've emailed twice and had no written confirmation of getting a refund for both. Considering money is taken up front I would expect acknowledgment of my refund requests.

Mar 25,2021Be aware of this company This company is no good they charge you for something that you never asked for or they think they got the right to take money from your account but for you to get back your money it is a hassle please be aware of this company they say one price in the ad then when you sign up you pay £20 now you tell me where does the rest of the money goes to And it seems like is only one man that answers the phone when you call the 0208 number you expect it to be answered into office no you're wrong is like he forward it to his mobile and that's the same man that comes and collect your clothes and return your clothes and when you do a chat online You get the same person Linda at the beginning they are very nice to just get you in but when there's a a problem oh no there's no one to be found I sent them an email regarding my refund my order they haven't even replied When I call all the man is saying the same thing to me over and over and over again beware before you go to this company to do laundry beware I am going to report them to the customer rights people because it's not right for them to taking money from people and overcharging people and and for something you haven't asked for I am fed up After when I put up this review you the owner called me late at night blackmailing me saying if I don't take down this review he would not pay me back my money beware the man blackmailed me and he lies Saying he sent me emails and I never got no emails until I took down this review and he sent me an email saying that my refund has been issued people beware of this company do not go to this company

Ironing picked up within an hour of booking and returned next day. Fantastic service. Was all ironed beautifully. My first experience of Hamlet certainly won't be the last. Thank you

May 10,2022Please dont book with Hamlet. I have several bad experiences with them. First one, I only requested for mixed washing, so they sent me pictures of my clothes not ideal for mixed washing and for dry cleaning instead. I emailed them back, not to wash or dry cleaned those. When my clothes got back, these three clothes are missing. No response from them after chasing this. Second, I weigh my clothes before sending to them. They overcharged me, paid for extra 6kgs when I should have not. Third, and this will be last, as I am sick of them giving a chance already. I only asked to mixed wash my laundry. When it came back, some of it were ironed, dry cleaned, which caused me 88 pounds all in total. These items are just regular clothes and they just did that so they can charge you extra and get money from you. Theu shouldve asked the client first, before doing anything. They did not. I specifically just asked for it to mixed wash. I have proofs. And until now, not one was resolved.
