Impossible to get hold of them. I've tried phoning, email, Instagram and twitter and still no reply. I ordered a hammock to replace the one I had purchased from them 7 years ago (I had been very happy with this one). I ordered the exact same name as my previous one thinking it would be a direct replacement but it has turned up and its completely different. I am trying to return it and find out what to get instead but despite trying various methods several times for 2 weeks now, I am still to get a response.

Hammock frame is solidly made and looks very good quality. Goes together easily and adjusts to size. Only concern was the packaging didn't survive transport very well.

So pleased with my new hammock. The quality is extremely high and came well packed. Easy instructions to follow and didn’t take long to setup. Purchased the Vivere Cotton Double Hammock with Metal Stand - I am overjoyed with it! So comfy and relaxing sitting in it - can even work from my laptop in it! So a more relaxing working from home in the garden! Delivery was made within 3 working days of ordering! Super easy to assemble and disassemble! My hammock arrived quickly and is really good. More information online on the measurements would have been useful though. It was stated as being 290cm long so I thought it would be perfect for my frame which is 310cm long, once it had stretched a bit. However when it arrived there was a little booklet that said it fitted a 320 - 330cm frame so is a bit long for mine. It works by shortening the ends by rolling them over but isn't ideal. Generally very happy though.
