May 22,2022The parcel wasn’t delivered initially. I contacted THB. They noted a local phone number and assured me they would instruct the courier to text the recipient. Nothing happened as expected and we are still waiting for the delivery. The person I spoke to was helpful. But… This was a get well gift from Australia to my daughter who had a significant operation.

I curated a fun box with luxurious little items and she hasn't stopped talking about it! The quality of the gifts was wonderful and the packaging was even more lovely than I expected. The package arrived on time and I was provided with delivery updates. The whole experience was top notch!

However, as soon as Perkbox passed this issue onto Happy Box London, the order was shipped quickly and efficiently. Product was lovely particularly the packaging
