Feb 01,2025I had attempted to replace the taps in my bathroom myself. Unfortunately I didn't do a good job and was left with a slight leak. Nicholas came round and sorted it, no problems. Thank you.

Jan 30,2025I’ve used Nicholas a few times now. Inside jobs include changing radiator, sink plug, repairing faulty loft hatch and door handle. Outside work had been repairing and replacing external extractor vents. I like the way he will try to repair an item rather than go for an immediate replacement. He is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Very competitive pricing is a bonus. Neighbours also use Nicholas. Happy to recommend.

Jun 18,2024Phoned Nicholas to put bird spikes on my roof. He arrived when he said. Fitted the spikes, left everything tidy and his rates were very reasonable. I would use him again for other jobs and am happy to recommend him

Jun 17,2024I have no hesitation in recommending Nicholas. I have recently moved into a new build house and he installed all the light fittings. Several of the lampshades required assembly or some adaptation and ceiling roses and cords fitted. Nicholas worked efficiently and the end result is excellent. His rates are very reasonable.

May 18,2024Nicholas has done one repair job for me, a cupboard in the kitchen years ago but his work for me is mainly in the garden. I find Nicholas very courteous, polite and hardworking and gets through the work he has to do with no fuss, his rates are reasonable too. I would have no problem recommending him.

May 12,2024Mr Nicholas V. came on 1st of May to repair to fence in my back garden in Limekilns. I was out of property and at work that day as the work was performed outside. However, now I think that I should have stay at home as Mr Nicholas left me with really low quality results and he also didn’t clean the place of work and the public path to the back garden. Before I was back late in the afternoon to my property, my elderly neighbour decided to clean the public path after Mr Nicholas as it was really bad. Not recommended.

Mar 22,2024Nick took my ensuite back to four walls and created a gorgeous shower room with all new wall coverings towel rail flooring and walk in shower everything done to a very high standard nick was very reliable and hard working.

He is polite, courteous, cheerful, careful and works away quietly (no radio!) and unobtrusively. I would recommend him without hesitation - not sure what I would have done without all his help.

Feb 29,2024Nicholas was punctual , fast and professional. He tightened the loose handle on the dishwasher and also realigned it. The kitchen plinths have been realigned , as has the en-suite vanity unit plinth. Lastly a mirror hung. All in just over an hour. All irritating jobs I had tried and failed to complete myself. Thanks.

Dec 05,2021Used Nicholas recently for a job laying Vinyl in the Bathroom. He was reliable and quick to come back regarding a visit to the House. Nicholas was an efficient Handyman who did a great job in the Bathroom. Also, he was a tidy worker who cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend him.

Oct 27,2021Nicholas painted our lower and upper halls and ceilings. He did a great job, checked and rechecked to make sure everything was done to a very high standard. He also hung a number of paintings and an outside washing line. All done really well, very exacting in measurements and happily gave advice when asked. The price was lower than we expected. I would definitely recommend and happily use again.

May 26,2021Nicholas has been most helpful with repairing a sliding wardrobe door that had become detached from the track due to damage that had been caused to the track. Contact was made via phone call on a Thursday evening, problem described to him and although he does not normally work weekends he arranged to come to view the wardrobe issue on the Saturday morning. The work was completed on the following Tuesday by Nicholas to a very professional standard and at a very acceptable price. Nicholas is very personable and adhered to all COVID regulations whilst within my home. He also respected my home by wearing shoe coverings whilst within and placing protective sheeting down whilst drilling.
