**0-Star Review:** Absolutely awful experience with Happy Holiday Travel Agency. They misled me into spending £350 on flights, hotel, and travel insurance, only to cancel my booking the day before my visa appointment! Despite claiming they work directly with Spain, they clearly had no idea about the visa requirements. I specifically told them about the type of passport I hold, and they assured me everything was fine—only for them to cancel at the last minute. They refunded only their own fee, leaving me out of pocket for the £350 extra I spent based on their poor advice. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!
