May 10,2024I ordered a 1"BSP valve from the Hatton Koi website after first confirming with them that the valve definitely had 1"BSP screw threads. What came was a valve with solvent weld fittings and no threads. This was hugely disappointing as I had taken the trouble to confirm the description with them. What followed was worse - they refused to refund postage costs so I ended up paying for their failure to properly describe the item, a contravention of the legal requirements concerning mis-described goods. So I advise to avoid this company unless you are sure you will receive the goods as described.
