I BOUGHT GOLD FROM 2 STORES 1 IN CALIFORNIA AND FROM HATTONS, PROCESS WITH HATTONS WAS SMOOTH SAFE AND NO PROBLEMS, THE OTHER ONE I HAD TO CHASE THE PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED TO DIFFERENT PLACE OF DAY IT WAS OUT TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME, MY ITEMS CAME IN 2 DIFFERENT SHIPMENTS BUT EMAIL SAID BOTH SHIPPED SAME TIME ON SAME TRACKING # IT WAS A HASSLE, AND HATTONS CAME IN NICE BOXES AND COIN CAPSULES AND OTHER PLACE CAME IN SANDWICH BAGGIE AND BOTH ARRIVE SAME DAY EVEN THO HATTONS WAS ACROSS THE POND.
