I was very disappointed as I thought that I was buying a good sized plant in a small pot as featured in the photo in your brochure, but I was sent a small plant in a good sized pot! I have phoned and it was blamed on the marketing department. Someone was to phone me but they haven't done so yet.

Pros Ordering and delivery were all very good and efficient. Cons The plant was tiny- much smaller than the picture in the advert indicated. Didn’t smell of anything when brushing the plant. It was sold as smelling of G&T!! I bought it as a gift for my Mum, but to be honest we were both a bit disappointed. I have since contacted Customer Services as suggested who were so super helpful and understanding. They have refunded the gin and tonic plant and arranged a more suitable Christmas gift at no extra charge to be sent to my 93 year old Mum that she could enjoy for Christmas. Excellent customer service- over and above expectation. My mum has now received the replacement illuminated bulb basket which she is delighted with. Thank you so much!

the plants were damaged on arrival. One plant had lost a third of its foliage, so it will not be a triple flower when the buds come out . I am hopeful of a display from the two surviving plants., but my idea of giving them as Christmas presents has vanished into the "wild blue yonder"

Availability of quite rare plant very satisfying.Quality very good. I am a designer and have planted thousands of trees. One-time was Chairman of Horticultural Trades Association, Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and Isle of Wight, Britain's biggest branch. Hayloft certainly in frame for On going works.
