Nov 13,2024Plants were excellent but the courier was not. Packing was immaculate but the courier ignored the "live plants, keep this way up" and turned the box upside down. Result? Broken plants, broken pot, plants out of compost and a cardboard box half full of loose compost. Plants will recover but our opinion of the courier will not.
