This is a very useful, nay Essential, service for all chemists who are made redundant or have retired and still wish to undertake research. HD Chemicals answers this need in a professional manner, and ensure materials are well packaged for safe transportation.

Easy to select and order product (Sulphamic acid in powder bottle). Fast delivery - well packed. I would have appreciated finding dilution instructions enclosed, as product was bought for a specific purpose - grout removal - and I haven’t found mixture strength on product or website. But it might be me missing where it is written I’m yet to use the product at the time of writing, but will post the result later

First time ordering with HD Chemicals, and I received my order, and it was packaged well etc.. However I paid for next day delivery, and it arrived 3 days late. I have emailed HD Chemical to let them know, granted only a few days ago, however not had a reply or offer to reimburse the additional fee I paid for next day delivery. If they do, I will amend my review rating accordingly.
