It has been less than a week but the pillow seems to have a positive effect. I ordered online, it was not particularly user friendly but the order went through and i received the pillow shortly therafter

Customer service with Desiree was great! She individually reviewed the orders and suggested a different pillow number from the computer generated one when she thought that would better fit my needs. It's my first time buying a pillow with them so I took her suggestion. I held off on writing a review to give myself time to adjust to the pillow because I really wanted to like it. However, after a few weeks I still find it mostly uncomfortable. Perhaps the pillow is too low. I'm not sure. But it's really a shame. Perhaps this pillow is better suited for some people than others. Edit: I really appreciated the effort made by Desiree to help me resolve the issue. I increased the thickness size of the pillow and found it to be much more comfortable than before. The attention to customer feedback is definitely above average.

Having had back and neck issues all my life, this has been my pillow of choice for 10 years. And I have a travel size one that goes on a dozen work trips per year. I order a new regular and travel sized pillow every 18 months (the old ones are still good for spares)

L'oreiller est 5 sur 5. J'ai modifié mon commentaire car au départ ils m'ont fait parvenir la communication en anglais seulement mais il s'agissait d'une simple erreur et ils m'ont renvoyé toute la doc en francais. Donc service impeccable aussi. Merci!

J'ai appelé directement à la boutique et la personne m'a bien tout expliqué quoi faire. L'oreiller est dans un sac de plastique avec un sceau et on peut en faire l'essai durant 30 jours. Si le sceau est intact et que l'oreiller ne convient pas, on est remboursés. J'ai essayé 10 jours et j'ai décidé de la conserver. Très confortable.
