Sep 18,2024First time transporting a vehicle and trust me was just like everyone reading these reviews and skeptical about it because every company had bad reviews and storys of certain situations but people need to understand the broker is giving you a quote and prices will change depending on the truck company thats willing to transport your vehicle seemed to be one of the biggest causes of bad reviews claiming these companies are frauds but since the beginning John Smith was very attentive with me but never over loaded my phone with calls or messages pushing his services like other brokers, gave me a good quote from TX to NY then gave me several options and prices until we agreed with one that worked for me, after getting everything situated and the transport company picked up my vehicle he stayed in contact with me and anytime I called to get an update he always responded very quickly and let me know the status of my vehicle, my truck was delivered without any problems and was very thankful I chose headway to transport my vehicle.

Sep 17,2024I dealt with Benjamin Harrison He arranged a truck to be shipped from an out of the way location. He stayed with it and found a Great Driver No xtra fees or delays I will use them again.

There are stories about people getting scammed etc. Victor Parker coordinated the transport of my truck from Houston to ElPaso. They offered a great price. Showed up when they said they would. Delivered the truck on time. Kept me “in the loop”. No problems at all.

Aug 23,2024Isabelle was a great contact person. I stretched my planning out over a number of months and she was always available to answer questions. Her response to emails and texts were quick. I changed plans a number of times before settling and she was able to accommodate each one and also give an accurate estimate of cost. It was because she was the same contact person each time I had a question that I chose Headway Auto transportation. Everything worked out and for the price quoted.

Aug 22,2024WARNING, WARNING this company is a scam. I gave them 150.00 to pick up a car and haul it to Ohio. 300 to be Paid on arrival. day one the day the are coming at 8 am to pick car, at 4 pm call and say there truck broke down. Day two they say they will come at 8 AM to pick up the car. Also a no-show day three Sunday but they promise they won't have a driver at 8 AM on Monday 4 o'clock no driver. Tuesday they say they have a driver, but he has a flat tire and he won't be there till 6 o'clock, they have an alleged person called a driver that calls and said he's an hour away, so we plan to meet at 2:30. at 3 o'clock they tell me he won't be there till 6:30 PM. This whole experience was a scam to pocket my $150.00. They admitted they couldn't find a driver, but they kept promising me and wasting my time and day at the dispatcher said "do you want me to give birth to a driver" 1)Warning, do not give any of them money upfront 2) warning do not deal with this company. They are a scam. One of the employees is Benjamin he will lie to you over and over. Plus they are operating out of an apartment in an apartment complex. They are not a trucking company. It’s a bunch of Asian’s operating a scam.

Aug 18,2024I cannot recommend this company enough, John Smith went above and beyond to find me a driver within two days only. Not only that he was the only broker who did not charge a fee to find a driver upfront but he made it clear no fee until my vehicle was picked up. Special thanks to John now I know I will always have someone who can help me with the transporting my vehicle since I move between states twice a year. He is my go to guy. All other companies charged way more because they claim they are the best in the business and other comapines are fraud and will not get you driver in time, John proved otherwise. 5 starts

Aug 12,2024Company texted me 5 times every hour, after I requested a quote from a completely different service. When I called to ask as well as texted to ask to be put ok a do not call list they refused. Eventually I got aggressive on the phone because I was tired of them contacting me, the call center which does not comprise of one legit sounding person told me to “go to hell”. I wouldnt trust this company to transport a feather across county lines.

Jul 26,2024Very sketch. My experience with this company was very disappointing. I spoke with three different people regarding payment at drop-off, very sketchy, and the process did not go as initially explained. They required a different form of payment than originally agreed upon. Additionally, the car was picked up a day later than scheduled, and the final amount was nearly $200 higher than the quoted price. DO NOT USE THEM
