I was impressed how quickly she responded to queries and made amendments as requested. Follow up was good - I felt really looked after. Would definitely use Health and Fitness Travel again.

Laura provided advice on resorts with availability, suited my preference for more exercise options, and tailored more towards individual travellers. The whole booking process was efficient and smooth, and the Absolute Sanctuary more than met my expectations.

Mar 06,2024I recently booked a trip to Kamalaya health and wellness retreat in Koh Samui Thailand through Health and Fitness. Laura was my agent. My experience could not have been better. Laura was able to direct me to the health retreat that was just what I was looking for. My experience at Kamalya was superb, beyond my expectations. Without being overbearing, Health and Fitness made sure that the details of my trip were taken care of, my itinerary was managed perfectly and my arrival to Koh Samui right up to the driver that escorted me to Kamalya was right on time. Jan 04,2024I booked our week at The Sha Wellness Centre in Altea, Spain through Laura at Health and Fitness Travel. Not only did she get a better deal than booking directly but the follow up care was excellent and prompt when we had a couple of potential issues with the bill which were seamlessly resolved. It was an amazing wellness/fitness/detox holiday - I highly recommend The Sha - but Laura’s support and attentiveness from the original booking to final check out were exemplary. Thank you Laura!

As for the package, it was definitely good value for money and we appreciate all your effort into making our whole trip convenient and worthwhile. We went there for our 25th Year Wedding Anniversary and to relax and those goals were achieved. Thank you.

Dec 07,20231. Reception- not customer oriented; many tasks at the same time and not paying attention to client 2. Guide/ Customer relation - No structure in their activity and no professionalism; at arriving moment, we should go through the schedule; I experienced her time was limited, I experienced I am dealing with attitude " I do not have time for you "which resulted in mistakes and apologies but expensive for me, because someone has to pay. Poorly introduction in matter of orientation regarding spa area, treatments area, gym , restaurant, swimming. No information about menu , how many meals per day , nothing. Appointments: never starts at scheduled time; median time is 20 min late which at the beginning was very uncomfortable. Spa: professional , quality, exceptional attitude. Cleaning: about the room I have no complaints, but in rest such as restaurant, lift , it was completely absent. In restaurant I hade the urge "to run out in the very next moment " many times because of lack of cleaning . Food/ Restaurant: total chaos, more or less under control. Below expectation in matter of presentation and taste of food. I remembered my time at the university canteen.

I'd previously booked with Health and Fitness Travel in 2020 and the trip was cancelled due to covid, but I was extremely impressed that they gave me a full refund straight away, so I did not even consider booking my next wellness break through anyone else!

Oct 19,2023Absolutely Fantastic! Ella was wonderful! She called and emailed me several times until we got exactly the right package for me. The Annabel Croft tennis club coaches were all good, the Pine Cliffs resort was great! Will go again! And will definitely book with Ella!

The transfers she arranged from airport to hotel there and back were on time, easy to find, beautiful cars & polite helpful drivers. May 30,2024Laura from Health and Fitness Travel was a fabulous coordinator. The stay at at Villalara longevity in Portugal was very well suited to a health and fitness retreat in terms of variety of sports, a fully equipped gym, great food, a medical grade spa and use of thalasso baths. The routine we were given was really healthy, balanced and effective and I felt fully recharged and reset at the end of the stay. Will definitely book through Laura again.
