George immediately put me at ease during our phone conversation and offered me positive, constructive feedback about my application which was something that was both welcome and needed. Although i didn't meet the criteria required for the role i applied for, George took the effort to look for similar jobs in my area more befitting of my circumstances, and offered to reach out to me if anything suitable came up in the future. I had Saskia helping me and she was amazing, she knew exactly what questions to ask and was organised, supportive and most importantly, incredibly friendly and patient. After submitting my CV through their website I was contacted 2 hours later where I was reassured that my CV had been processed and sent through, and that they would sort out all the communication and keep me updated with what was happening and anything I needed to do! Will definitely be using this company in the future again if I need to.

I answered all of Georges questions and also clued him in to some of my past experience in care bith the good and the bad but I made it clear that helping people is a passion of mine and that I would live to get back into it.
