The Shilajit Team reached out immediately and resent my order along with extra raw resin. I was incredibly pleased with the urgency, care and hospitality the team showed me. I absolutely love the products too! The honey sticks have the perfect amount of Shilajit for your daily dose and the flavor of the raw honey is great. Aug 11,2024Terrible experience. The product I received was rock hard. I was home when it delivered and opened it right away. I immediately took a video and photos and emailed customer service requesting a refund and offering to return the product if they provided a shipping label. Not only did they advise I would need to pay for shipping, but to get a refund, the product had to be unopened. What a joke and absolutely horrible customer service.
