Mar 04,2024I could tell a difference immediately with my fog clearing and energy level going up. I do have to place the jar in hot water in order to get any out. It was so hard that it would break whatever I tried using to get the product out.

It helped my 80-year-old mother recover her energy & mood quickly when she broke her shoulder. My partner & myself use it & both feel it gives us tons of energy & focus throughout the day. Feb 28,2024I had a few experience with Shilajit in the past year, but this, Shilajit does not dissolve properly in the water. Even the water is hot. There is a lot of particle black particles left on the bottom of glass . That’s mean there is a lot of dust particle in the Shilajit that doesn’t solve a real Shilajit dissolve in the water everything nothing left on the bottom of the glass . This Shilajit colored like a burned car oil. I’m not happy with the Shila Ji result. Can you please explain why is a lot of dust left on the bottom of the glass. Thanks. If you can, please send me an email with the return so we can discuss about Shilajit I want to real Shilajit if you can provide I’m happy for that.

Feb 22,2024I noticed that I had increased energy. Not feeling depleted at night. I’m taking it 1x a day I will work up to 3x a day and report back. I liked the taste I usually just drink it in hot water like tea. It is an acquired taste, if you like tea with no sugar, you will be fine!
