My son was born with a brittle bone disease and after researching tons of natural supplements that he can benefit from Natural Shilajit stood out above all the rest. It has aided with his aches and has strengthened his bones to where he’s not having as many fractures as he’s had in the past! Natural Shilajit has also aided me with increasing my energy and day to day cognitive function! This stuff is truly a game changer and absolutely amazing! Thank you @NaturalShilajit!

So anyone can guess I crave energy & mental sharpness!😅 I started my Natural Shilajit journey because I was seeking relief from the usual postpartum symptoms of fatigue, brain fog, low energy & just simply being completely depleted of nutrients. I wanted myself back, physically and mentality… but also naturally. Now I’m convinced no matter what walk of life you are in, parent or not, I strongly believe this Natural Shilajit is how anyone can to say bye-bye brain fog! Also, I love the fact that it’s not only a gentle detox (especially since I’m nursing) for the overload of toxins in our environment/food has on our bodies, but also ADDS BACK nutrients at the same time.
