Aug 29,2020Nick from Heatmaster called round within hours of me calling. Replaced a broken pump in under an hour. Appreciated his honesty as I thought I needed a whole new boiler. Price was very reasonable. Nick came back that afternoon to make sure it was working and also fixed a broken valve free of charge!! :) Excellent service! Definitely recommend Heatmaster!

Aug 06,2020100% recomemend Heatmaster! I Have an old Ideal boiler and it had an Issue. Call them up theyve send an engineer out within 2 hours. He was a knoledgable chap who diagnosed the Issue in no time and gave me a fixed reasonable price and fixed it straigh away! Cant recomemend more!

He was willing to answer any queries I had, and discuss with me the various options I had. Further, he was always on time and delivered a professional service during his visits. Would highly recommend!

Apr 03,2020My old Potterton boiler packed up last week. Called Heatmaster they send the engineer within an hour and it turned out the required part is obsolete! They gave me a very reasonable price to convert my old system to combi and as i have a health condition they came over and replaced my boiler next day and even left me couple of electric heater for a night. They also de sludged my whole system, my rads never been that hot even when my old boiler was working! Very happy with their excellent service and definitely recommend.
