Chose a heart shaped wreath for our mothers birthday remembrance for the grave, wanted it personally arranged with a one red rose placed in middle of beautifully selected flowers. It was absolutely amazing. So beautiful and so perfect. It was ordered at short notice yet was no trouble or no issue at all. Attention to detail was just amazing. Thank you so much.

I recently received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers (with a box of chocolates) as a gift from my son. The quality of the flowers is some of the best I have ever had and most have lasted over 2 weeks. The chocolates were delicious too! Thank you for the great service and prompt delivery. I would definitely recommend you to others.

What a shame. Paid £40 for a vintage bouquet that contained only 2 roses and a minimal amount of purple flowers. There was a lot of green, and some bits of white flowers. Very expensive for the flowers that were there. Definitely will not be using again. Other florists give more for your money.

Easy to use website. I prefer to shop with local small businesses which this is. The large spray of flowers for my Auntie's funeral were absolutely stunning. Very classy. Extremely impressed and will definitely order from Heaven Scent again but hopefully not for a funeral next time. A genuine thank you.

I bought online at 1.15pm and the flowers were at their destination by about 3pm on the same day. They were beautifully fresh, hand-tied and well wrapped. Just lovely.

The easiest process to buy flowers for your loved ones, it’s quick and simple, the delivery was on point and the flowers are even better in person. Communication was lovely and professional, any queries i had i phoned in and they were answered straight away.

Delivered wilted old flowers that weren’t even what I ordered. When I spoke to them they said they’d need to pick up the flowers and they’ll give me a full refund. Emailed for a week and told the refund was coming. They also said they didn’t want to pick up the flowers to keep them. Then 2 months later they rejected the refund. Refuse to answer any email and never replaced the product. Don’t order from them they’re not trustworthy, their product is subpar, and they’re rude. Would never order from here. Please don’t walk but run from this shop that just cheats their patrons.

We ordered a wide range of flowers for my sister funeral. All we had to do was choose from the large selections available and the rest was done for us, including delivery on the day. Each arrangement was really well made and they all looked amazing!!
