Mar 19,2023I was in a very bad place mentally due to the triumvirate of anxiety, depression and alcohol. I went to see Natalie from Hera, just hoping for the best and searching for possible answers. Well let me tell you, Hera and Natalie are fantastic. The advice I was given was invaluable, and just knowing somebody was there to listen to me and guide me. All I can say is Thankyou Hera and Thankyou Natalie. I’m a work in progress but a journey of 1000 miles begins with a simple step.

Mar 18,2023I was experiencing a lot of anxiety & depression in which I've suffered with for many years & I've tried everything to help myself over the years. I received 5 sessions of life coaching & guided meditation, I can happily say that after the 5th session i no longer feel anxiety, which for me is a huge weight lifted as I now feel free again. Great staff & great support. Thank you guys. I highly recommend Hera to anybody going through the same things I've experienced over the years .

Mar 20,2023I had guided meditation with "Amanda " I didn't know what to expect, but it was great and I felt so relaxed afterwards, I do highly recommend it to anybody feeling stressed or anxious
