Founded in2022 by Otilia Peros. The name 'Hermosa' means beautiful in Spanish and it's the premise of everything we believe - that all women are uniquely beautiful and this should be celebrated. Our purpose is to redefine women's relationship with exercise, so that they live a life of mindful movement because it makes them feel good, and not because of what's on the scale. We are passionate about empowering women because we believe it can literally change the world.
