Roberta is amazing to deal with, nothing is too much trouble, she just makes everything so easy. I've purchased items from other companies in the past and the items have been nice but I keep coming back to HHH. Everything I have bought has been in amazing condition and arrived really quickly, I've even had quite a few items that are brand new. There's always a varied choice on the website and at bargain prices too and it's super easy to set up payment plans which I find helpful so you can spread the cost and makes luxury items more easily accessible. My first experience was truly fantastic I went for the personal touch and went to try on the shoes...I walked away with my dream shoes. My partner has just bought his first pair from Roberta they were sent in the post packaging was fantastic and they arrived quickly. Jan 10,2021If you are anything like me and have an average income then buying a designer bag is a big deal . I wanted to know the bag I was going to buy was genuine and when it arrived would look as I hoped it would . It’s so difficult buying a bag just looking at photos but Roberta at High Heel Hierarchy made it feel like I had gone into a top store and given first class service . Roberta was happy to answer any questions I had , and I had quite a few ! I then still wanted to ensure the bag was the size I was expecting so I asked if she could sent a video with it next to her and this was no trouble at all . I was offered a payment plan and collected my bag once the balance was paid and I love it , I can’t stop looking at it and trying it on ! I’ve also asked Roberta to sell a bag for me where she asked for all of the documentation including the receipt , the bag then needs to be authenticated which ensures everything she sells is genuine . I was given a price once the bag had been checked for any marks or imperfections . Roberta is friendly, approachable and very professional , she has an outstanding knowledge of designer bags and shoes and is great to help you find the bag or shoe design that is best for you . I cannot recommend HHH highly enough and I will be following her Instagram page and purchasing from her again in the future .
