Dec 03,2024The person I talked to was direct and helpful. I was inquiring about my order that was only partially fulfilled and marked as fully delivered by the service they used. The missing box was delivered the next business day, as it was confirmed by the customer service representative. In total order was fulfilled in 5-6 business days. Thank you.

Oct 16,2024Dieser Laden ist der Meinung eine billige Luftpolsterfolie reicht als transportsichere Verpackung und dann wird noch der billigste Lieferdienst (GLS) genommen. Dieser hat natürlich den Schläger einfach ins Treppenhaus gestellt statt mir persönlich zu übergeben! Hätte ich den Schläger persönlich übergeben bekommen wäre von mir aufgrund dieses Zustandes die Annahme verweigert worden. Da versteckte Mängel aufgrund der mangelhaften "Transportverpackung" nicht auszuschließen sind soll ich jetzt die Rücksendekosten in höhe von 37€ (Sperrgut) selbst zahlen.

Oct 14,2024Very bad return policy. They send huge parcels d if you want to return them the shipping is always the buyer's responsibility. Beware of buying from them if you are not absolutely sure of what you have bought.
