Sep 28,2023Rob carried out an annual boiler service for me this week, he was brilliant, great communicator. He explained what he might need to be done in the future to help maintain the efficiency of the bolier and other general tips too. He was very thorough, checking all radiators and adjusting them where needed and even helped to put away the contents of the airing cupboard.

Calls are dealt with swiftly and, unlike many hearing companies, HOCU can be relied upon to deal with any emergencies immediately. Job done and he checked ally radiators as I asked him. 3 were not working well, he managed to sort 1 and adv he will have to return for others. I was contacted by their office to rebook an appointment. Engineer came in and all sorted. Very happy customer.
