Purchased a morso grill from Home Colours - unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged however not the fault of Home Colours I hasten to add. They sorted the issue out within no time. Customer service ( Michael )has been second to none. Would absolutely recommend.

Awful customer service. Have now sent 3 emails chasing my refund no reply. Phoned no reply and got a generic BT voicemail message!! £200 owed for goods returned a week ago, they confirmed they’ve received this return last week!! Awful company do not use I am going to report to bbc spotlight whose reporters deal with consumer complaints - why do I have to wait up to 14 days for goods that have been returned unopened - they advise they need to check the return? This is a 5 minute job not 14 days! Further to home colours reply below. I did NOT receive any replies to any emails, and I check my junk box daily! Blatant lies, another reason not to trust your company. Funny they’re not in my junk box either, and I only received the refund after putting this review on and advising that I would also be contacting Spotlight @the BBC.
Returning items to this company is a nightmare beware, even if they are at fault and the item is damaged or faulty. They make the returns process very difficult and you are faced with a very negative attitude and have a fight on your hands. They then take 10 days to refund your money. Beware if you have to return an item. It is not a pleasant experience! I will not use them again because of this.

No goods after 10 days. Nil communication from Homecolours, except for confirmation of order email. Where are my goods? I am 272.33 GBP out of pocket. Order number:- 1000527819 Up Date:- It turns out that HomeColours had sent 2 emails that were quarantined in Spam by Gmail and marked "Dangerous, maybe Phishing." HomeColours seem to think this is my fault and not the responsibility of their IT department. Not sure how they work that out. . . They don't carry stock of one Morso Item, so are waiting for it to arrive from Denmark, FFS! Meanwhile, In frustration, I have found another trader that has stock of all 4 items, and can deliver in 3 - 5 days, FOR LESS MONEY! £38 cheaper, and I don't have to wait. HomeColours are having to wait till Monday to see if they can price match. (If I charged them for my time, this order would work out as a freebie!) I won't be dealing with these jokers again.
Bought a bedding set through Homecolours. Only been used once, took off to wash and duvet tore. Informed Homecolours of this issue and to say their customer service is shocking is an understatement. Not helpful, nor accommodating. Even though they wont admit it, I believe they lied to me during correspondence back and forth !! They soon backtracked once Id informed them I had spoken directly to the manufacture of the item purchased !! Not a good experience, and certainly wont use again.

I am beyond impressed with the excellent level of service I have received from Homecolours. I had initial queries regarding the items that I have ordered, all of which were answered promptly. Communication was clear throughout and my order arrived very fast. Service like this is hard to come by these days. Well done Homecolours!
I ordered a few Eva Solo Bird feeders. When installing, following all instructions, one fell off and smashed. I asked for this to be looked into but neither HomeColour or the supplier would refund me. At £59 for a feeder, this is a very expensive disappointment. I would not recommend Eva solo products or Homecolours.
Update. Order recieved and its beautiful. It was rather slow though as they dont actually carry stock so had to wait for factory lead time. This was not comhnicated well so i was concerned after 7days that it would not arrive at all. Especially after seeing some of the bad reviews. I needn't have worried however. Better would be communicating how long the wait time would be.
