Aug 26,2018My experience is that the site is not so professional. First order: The site took me to the final stage of purchase and required my card details to answer that items were out of stock. Not to discuss the fact that they appeared available and were uploaded in my basket, this arises security issues because the site asks for card detais for an order not to be completed. Second order: my card was debited and some days later i received an e mail saying that they wouldnt proceed due to high transportation costs. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention that i received confirmation of payments for both orders and i had to communicate with the company three times to solve everything out..... Very bad experience..... The only good thing is that they answer the emails they receive very soon. Just that.
