Jul 30,2015I bought 2 bathroom vanities, nice contemporary design, priced definitely lower thanwhat I've seen in many specialty showrooms. Lucky to see the items in person in their no-frill outlet center, so I knew exactly what I bought. The items were delivered in a week and brought to our garage.

Jul 27,2015Took a bit longer to receive the product than we'd hoped: 11 business days from the day we ordered it. Came well packaged. Delivery person was disgruntled because we demanded to inspect it (i.e., opening the box!) before he left, but homsedesignoutlet warranty policy requires us to do so. Product appears sturdy enough, but the "white oak" is so very clearly a veneer I'm disappointed. It seems a manufactured "white oak" print (i.e., fake)...rather than a sliver of white oak attached as a veneer. That is, I do not believe it is actually white oak...and for the price, this is disappointing.

Jul 22,2015I ordered and received the vanity the next day. Wow! I was really impressed. It was delivered personally by your driver who was more than willing to place the box in my house, open it and let me inspect it, and even offered to retape it. The vanity is beautiful and my customer (I am a builder) was extremely happy with the product and the price after finding locally a similar product at a much higher price. Would I recommend you again, most certainly. Thank you for such amazing service.

Jul 21,2015I was nervous to buy a vanity on line without seeing it but I have to say the vanity is extremely well made, was delivered in perfect condition and on time. The service dept was very prompt in answering my questions about the color and full dimensions of the mirror. The vanity is a great buy and much better made than what the box stores offered. The marble top is beautiful with dark gray lines through it. It has a three layer edge which is a nice detail that you can't see on line. We had time to inspect the items. The vanity was left in driveway as there is no inside delivery. Overall, this company is responsive, customer focused and delivers a great product.

This was one of those few online purchases that my wife and I just looked at each other and said, "Wow. It looks better than it did online!" This piece is really beautiful.

Jun 21,2015The website was easy to use. I unknowingly omitted my address and phone number and I was contacted the very next day via email to complete the information. A received a prompt response when I had a question about shipment date. Delivery was free, a was able to use a coupon for a discount, and my vanity arrived the same week in ordered. The only negative comment that I have is that I was offered a much higher price at the actual warehouse by a sales rep than what is offered on-line. Why the difference? If I had gone with the in store purchase, I would've paid at least 150 more. With that being said, I will definitely recommend the website only and use them again.

Jun 06,2015I wanted this specific design of a double vanity but had trouble finding it with rectangle sinks. I found it on this website, and it was cheaper by at least $100 in comparison to other vanities with round sinks. It was delivered on day promised, during the given time slot, and was exactly as ordered. We are very happy with this purchase!

May 10,2015Link to track order did not work. System did not recognize my e-mail, even though I recieved email reciept at same e-mail adress. When I e-mail customer support on this issue it took several days to get a response. Ultimiately however, the issue was resoved and I recieved my order.

Apr 13,2015This is the second time I was attempting to buy a vanity from Home Design outlet Center. I was very satisfied with the quality of the first one I bought 4 years ago. Looked around for other options and their prices were still the best, and I saw the first design I'd gotten was out of stock, so I ordered another one that was very similar but said it was available. After a few days, someone called to say it actually wasn't in stock, and was on back order. I appreciate the communication and giving me the choice to cancel - which I had to, because I'm on a tight time frame. But if they were out of stock, it should have said that online, so I wouldn't have lost two days making the order. So I'm just bummed. I had to go with plan B from a different retailer, which isn't as good looking, but is available now. I would still order from them again though, because of their quality vs price, and at least they have honest proactive customer service.

Aug 01,2015I ordered vanity on-line and they contacted me to set up a delivery time. They do schedule it around deliveries in your area (vanity was delivered out of Orlando and I live in Palm Harbor), so it was about a week and a half or so from when I originally ordered it. He called when he was on his way. Upon his arrival, brought it into the garage and opened packaging for inspection and included a free mirror! Very courteous. When we order for our master bathroom, I think we will go to their showroom.
