Mar 21,2022We inherited a retirement property and although a nice property, struggled to sell it, we were very unlucky with 2 failed buyers, 1 caused by their property falling through and the other with their personal finances changing and then of course we were affected by Covid which destroyed the retirement market, we also had 2 estates agents who failed to promote the property and gain viewings. Dec 29,2021Outstanding service from this company. Chris was very professional, informative, responsive, helpful and patient throughout the whole transaction. Other staff's efforts also helped to ensure that a tight deadline was met, which I appreciated enormously. I also very much liked their collegial approach from the start, with a few video calls to speed things up. From the start their offer was slightly higher than most of the others who were all aligned on a common minimum without apparently any discretion nor effort, and their proposed and promised timeline was both short and reasonable, unlike some shorter others that were certainly unrealistic but still used as a bait. Homehousebuyers made a hard situation a bit easier. I would certainly recommend this company.
