Nothing was too much trouble and the finished products are high quality and good value. Tony has excellent product knowledge and was great to work with along with the back up of his wife Jade. I would highly recommend this family run business and would definitely use them again in the future

Jun 18,2024We chose Homely Blinds and Shutters initially because of the name. We wanted an independent company and so many of the other more well known names are subsidiaries of much larger, national firms. First contact was easy and Jayde called me back the same day and arranged an appointment for Tony to visit; which fitted in with my days off work. Tony is professional and knowledgeable as well as personable and friendly. We wanted shutters for two front windows but were not sure on colour. There was an extensive choice of colours and designs and Tony guided us through the options. We also had blinds for bi-fold doors. Again the choice was great and everything was explained well. Measurements were taken on the day and we were sent a quote the same day. There was no hard sell and the prices were very competitive. We got another quote but knew we would go with Homely Blinds and Shutters. We felt that we received a very personal service. The blinds were ready before the shutters and these were fitted when they arrived. We were kept up to date with the progress of the shutters and as soon as they were ready, Jayde arranged the fitting for us. I honestly cannot fault a thing from first contact to finished job. The products are excellent quality and the service was first class. What a great find. I would highly recommend this family run business and we are absolutely delighted with our blinds and shutters.

Jun 02,2024Put very simply, excellent service from 1st contact to job completion. Really quick response to initial enquiry by Jayde, followed up by a timely survey and quote by Tony. Really helpful and knowledgeable in selecting the right blind for our large kitchen atrium. Fitting was undertaken by Tony, who went above and beyond to ensure that things were left clean and tidy. Excellent finish and even helped to refit lighting, which he did without being asked!. You won't go wrong with this company. Nice people who I would have no hesitation in recommending to family and freinds.
