Jun 18,2017We bought our house through House Revolution, they were absolutely fantastic, always helpful, answered any questions & concerns, always rang back when promised unlike other estate agents.would definitely recommend them & if we were ever to sell our property they would be the only estate agents that we would trust!

Jun 10,2017This is an amazing Company if you are buying a hous My husband and I have been so impressed with every aspect of House Revolution's business A) Our first encounter with Sophie, I think that was her name, at the house we were selling, was positive, upbeat and she clearly had superb knowledge of the market and in particular the potential sales value of our house. She valued it almost a £100,000 above that given to us by TW Gaze, who had been letting the house for us over the previous 2years. She was confident that the price was achievable and a quick sale likely given the area and client knowledge. We thought the value was much nearer that suggested by TW Gaze, although maybe a bit ambitious, but went ahead with her suggestion. B) The property was immediately photographed and on the market within 24-48hrs with potential clients contacted by House Revolution. The photographs were excellent and full use of sunlight and angles of photographs showing the house and garden in its glory. C) you had clients viewing and making offers within days, with Jacob showing those first clients the house D) Jacob soon had a client offering very close to the price we hoped for and nurtured him and assessed his financial credentials, assuring us that this was a genuine client who wanted a quick purchase E) Jacob emailed and phoned us virtually daily to keep us updated until he went on holiday and colleagues Mark and another gentleman took over and ensured we had regular communications between us and the buyer. F) on his return, Jacob ensured that all parties involved, including both sets of solicitors were kept up to date and the sale went through within days. I am so impressed with the company, with their knowledge of the market, their clients and their incredible professionalism in looking after all parties involved I am particularly impressed with Jacob and Sophie. Jacob answered every phone call after just one ring! I mean that literally that he answered immediately so you knew how alert he was to incoming calls and his attention was on successful business relationships. I can't tell you how impressed I am and then when I met him and realised how young he was, I was absolutely delighted. He is quiet, calm, polite, attentive and knowledgable and all without any whiff of pushy salesmanship. He is a true salesman without even trying. Sophie has knowledge and a real sense of the value of a property without being over ambitious but knowing the market. A really professional lady. I do hope I have the correct name! May 24,2017We used House Revolution to sell our terraced house, and the team were very friendly, positive and professional with us at all times (occasionally leaning towards over-eager, perhaps). We appreciated the knowledgeable advice and time given to us during the initial visit to provide a quote, and once we engaged them they were very proactive at marketing our house - most importantly, doing a great job at creating a buzz about it which helped us to achieve offers well above the original valuation / asking price. This was a big tick for us, though in the process prospective buyers were given quite little time / individual attention to view the house (which would have been a negative if we'd been buyers, as we like to take our time and ask lots of annoying questions!). We had a mix of accompanied and unaccompanied viewings, but junior staff would benefit from further training / support in developing their sales pitch. We would have appreciated better online functionality during the sales process as well (so we could get an up-to-date overview of viewings, offers etc outside of office hours), however it was made clear to us at initial quotation stage that this was in the process of being upgraded, so I feel staff were doing the best with the systems they had at the time. After-sales support was decent, with pretty good following up and timely updates, although negotiating exchange and completion dates was a frustrating process and we did end up having to drive this ourselves (communicating directly with some of the other people in the chain) in order to make it happen at a time that worked for everyone. Overall, HR achieved a very positive result for us and provided a high level of customer service, for a price slightly lower than their traditional high street competitors. So although they might have a few points to improve on, we were happy and would recommend / use them again.

Dec 23,2015From initial visit amazing service. These guys understand selling, they listen to the customer! From day one had lots of viewings, every one informed by a telephone call and then email....WITHOUT FAIL! Had four buyers drop out..own sales fell through, left her husband, And more but this amazing team got it straight back on and got me a sale, lots of good advice. BEST PRICE too, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recommend them to everybody and will never sell or buy again through a y odd but them. Thank you House Revolution.

Nov 06,2015Having had prolonged dealings this year with House Revolution, I have nothing but praise and admiration for the service and attention to detail I have been given. This agent is definitely the best I have ever had dealings with, going the extra mile on every issue. The office staff have shown such excellent understanding of complex matters and have eased my sale along when critical issues have arisen with solicitors or other third parties. If you need a house agent go no further than House Revolutions Norwich, they are simply streets ahead of the all the others.

They were extremely helpful on giving us upto date information on what was happening with any issues or problems with the chain. Sep 10,2015I had always thought that all estate agents were of the same ilk - pushy, full of bull...., no integrity - would have happily consigned them all to Room 101. Happy then, to discover House Revolution. What a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents - honest, professional, supportive, friendly, and with integrity. Cheaper than most too. I would totally recommend them. I had a very prolonged sale (not their fault), but they always had time to talk things through, gave solid honest guidance, and always put my needs at the centre of every discussion. Great service all round - lovely people to deal with. Use them!!

Sep 04,2015House Revolution are excellent. They worked really hard selling our house for us, they aim for transparency so they gave us realistic expectations on pricing. We were so impressed with their friendly service, the ease with which they handled things, making it not once stressful, and the lengths they went to help us with the house while it was on the market, they even fixed the back door! Now that is not something that your usual estate agent would do. They are lovely friendly people and I would highly recommend them!

Debbie & Dawn , Chris are all friendly helpful without the bull.... of others . Saved us money and most importantly wete very proactive in making the sale to its conclusion. The best I have come across and recommend to anybody buying or selling a property.

House revolution's friendly staff are happy to explain jargon and provide a sympathetic ear. Their service was first class: The first meeting with Chris putting us at ease, listening to what we wanted and time taken to ensure he got things right for us. When Debbie came to take photographs the time and precision to get it right was appreciated. You have access to the Website to check and confirm details. We had advice and most importantly help every step of the way, when our sale was going through we still had phone calls to check all was OK and we knew nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We cannot praise the team enough. Thank you for your help and efficient service. They also went above and beyond when we first put our house on the market Norwich City FC were not doing that great, from the Saturday when the photographs were taken we won and did not look back it became essential for Debbie to call every match day which she did... even in the Play Offs Semi Final and more importantly at Wembley, so our thanks. So if you want to sell your house and keep Norwich in the Premiership go with the Revolution. The Barneys

The whole experience made me feel that I could trust the people at House Revolution to sell my house without any pressure. Their selling fee strategy is very fair and much cheaper than all the other estate agents out there. If you have had a bad experience with an estate agent then changing to house revolution will be a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is at the stages of selling their house. The staff made it so easy and no stress or strings attached. Just very professional people who are genuine and extremely pleasant.
