May 12,2023There were several mispronunciations such as tirdly instead of thirdly, expotentially instead of exponentially. There was a spelling mistake in knifes instead of knives and poor grammar in saying that adrenaline can be obtained “off” the emergency services instead of from the emergency services! As such I found this a bit insulting in that I am supposed to undertake training which has obviously not been proof read beforehand . The actual constant was comprehensive .

Mar 01,2023This course has the required safety information, but the spelling is woeful, as is the grammar - and the cartoon people speak as if they are related to the voice on the underground. I was really surprised that anyone would let something of such poor quality - that has clearly not been checked by anyone who can speak English - go out on general release. I often missed a safety point because I was looking to see why the wrong spelling or word had been used, and that definitely detracted from the experience, as I felt I was being told the information by someone who really didn't care.
