Had Karl & Ollie service our boiler yesterday. They arrived on time were quick, clean, polite and reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for more.
Sadly a very bad job done at my home. The job was to change the shower to gain hot water. Instead got such a bad leak because they drilled into pip work. Celling in living room is terrible and sofa destroyed. The wall between the shower room and bedroom has been left looking so bad. They are not willing to do anything about it-which should be to repair everything to how it was . Unprofessional and would never recomend them.

Hot water tank replacement at short notice - After my hot water tank split (with a young family) I was recommended Hunsbury Heating by a friend at work who had used them before. I contacted Hunsbury Heating and got an immediate reply and promptly booked in to come and quote me for a new hot water tank replacement. I expected them to come and look at the tank and then just quote for a replacement. However they spent time reviewing where everything was (including in the loft) to ensure they captured all of the details for the job. After receiving a very competitive quote I asked them to go ahead an install asap. They were understandably busy (good plumbers are) but appreciated the impact of having no hot water and fittted a replacement a few days later (day after the new tank Actually arrived). On the fitting day because they’d investigated the job fully the installation went incredibly smoothly with no issues. The plumber that did the install was a really nice guy and we felt really comfortable having them in the house. Karl checked in to make sure there were no issues (which there were not) and I couldn’t say enough good things about them. Having moved here a few years ago and not knowing local trades I feel fortunate a friend recommended them to me. Definitely would endorse them and we will be using them again soon. Thanks

Job done to a high standard, and a fair price. The men I spoke to over the phone were pleasant, and my lodgers were more than happy with the work done, and the time the men took. All in all I would advise others to use Hunsbury Heating. They were excellent.
I have received excellent service from Hunsbury Heating. From my initial phone call through to parts being fitted I was kept up to date by Alex whose customer service is second to none. Such a polite telephone manner and always kept me in the loop. Karl the plumber was lovely, he got on with the job and explained everything to me. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Karl and his team were quick to provide me with a quote, beat British Gas on price and timescales, and were able to work around my work schedule. Liam and Ollie did a great job changing my water cylinder and boiler, fantastic work ethic, extremely tidy and respectful. The customer service provided by all was fantastic, but especially Alex, responds to calls immediately, extremely friendly and accommodating and British Gas could learn a lot from him! I will definitely use their services again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service at a reasonable price!
Fast & efficient & a great service, what more could you want
Had a new combi boiler & wireless thermostat fitted to replace an old one. The guys fitting were pleasant & polite. Did a good job removing the old kit and fitting the new stuff. I had an issue with the main stop cock so off their own back they fitted a supplementary one to allow the water to come back on while still fitting the boiler which was handy. It's only been done a few weeks but seems to have done a good job for a fair price. Not given 5 stars as left a bit of mess from where they did some drilling and left my smoke detector disconnected (it went off when soldering). Nothing major and easily resolved but still happened.But overall very good and would use them again.
Superb service from the point of initial enquiry to the installation of my new combi boiler. I cannot fault anything about this company and would recommend to anyone.

Aug 03,2023Contacted Hunsbury Heating because I had lost heat in the downstairs rads over a period of time. It turned out not to be straight forward and was not cured straight away. I had a new boiler installed and new downstairs radiators. The work was carried out on time and in a professional manner. Communication was good and the pricing was fair. Karl kept at it and the problem turned out to be an issue with an old back boiler non return valve. I cannot fault the dertimination to get us back up and running and we now have a new system and controler. Great job.
