Jan 15,2020I placed an order for a footstool and cyclops mirror which were promptly dispatched and the communication and updates from hurn and hurn were excellent. Unfortunately, the items supplied were faulty and did not meet my expectations. Following an email to the sales team, my complaint was dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner. Despite my disappointment with my order I would consider shopping with Hurn and Hurn in the future.
