Oct 21,2021My plants looked slightly wilted and not very akin to the pictures on the website. The packaging was a bit poor, leaving the plants moving around in the bag. The service when I picked up the plants were okay but overall I don't enjoy the experience and will probably seek other options when buying plants in the future.

Oct 06,2021What gorgeous plants and super friendly helpful team! I made a mistake in ordering a plant that was way to big for my house. As I was local and it was days after delivery I was kindly allowed to return. Going into the ship I described what I was aiming for and the staff were so great taking me through what my choices were. We set them up in the shop so I could picture them at home. He gave lots of info on care and I feel reassured that if I have any difficulties that I can contact them for support. Thank you

I am in the UK mainland in the North of England near a major city. Probably some kind of technical glitch, but I ended up just ordering from another garden centre online.
