Feb 04,2025I am very pleased with the employees of the company. They were very helpful in determining the correct product I needed. I am not pleased with the shipping method they chose. It is UPS Ground SAVER, which ended up being only the USPS. There were no tracking updates, and it showed the package was never picked up. Any shipping method involving the USPS should never be used,
