Mar 10,2020Only two delivery attempts with no advanced notice of delivery. I now have to collect from a depot which is a 30 drive away. When I contacted the business, they said it would be easier to just collect it from the depot rather than to arrange another delivery. Not easier for me but probably easier for them! Awful customer service.

When contacted Hygiene 4 Less via email for an update on when we should expect delivery of items ordered the manner in which the delivery update was provided was derisive and particularly unprofessional. Goods ordered have been received now and likely I will not use this company again.
