Great customer service. I ordered the product online quite late on Tuesday and then called to see how quickly it would be delivered. Rep said he'd try to catch the courier then called me back to say the courier had just left but it would be with me on Thursday. It arrived as promised at 10 am.

Always great service and a great range of products. The Ice Melt is a fantastic product which I've been using for a few years now as it isn't harmful to animals (dogs paws in particular) or my flooring.

The company were excellent. They did an overnight when the tied in house delivery service APS failed to deliver as the dropped and burst the parcel. Tripadvisor rate the delivery company as appalling. The supplier needs a much better delivery service, any will do. None are this bad. Thanks to the staff at hygene4less for sorting it. This was an urgent delivery of non-salt de-icer for a steam railway and as it arrived 3 days late, had to drive over 20 miles in snow and de-ice the crossing as the train pulled into the station. It was dry the day it was supposed to be delivered on. Would love to use them again; but that delivery company make it a no-no and I had to pay for that.

From ordering online to delivery was very fast. The product was well packaged and as described. Havn't used it yet but Im sure it will do as it says on the tub!
