We always have a range of spas on display and many are all set up ready for "wet testing" as we are always keen for customers to be able to try their chosen model out.

Jun 08,2021I've just had a brilliant week after hiring a hot tub from Hyperion Hot Tubs. I had never booked one before and the hot tub and service was first class ! Terry was amazing setting it up for us and really helping us make sure we had everything we needed - I would definitely book again and recommend them - great service!

May 07,2021We hired a hot tub for my daughters birthday that fell over the May bank holiday. We had great communication re delivery. The tub was installed for us and we were talked through the process of testing the water to ensure it is safe. We loved having the tub for a week, it was great fun and thanks to the clear instructions we had no problem looking after it. Collection of the tub was swift. I will be hiring again and cannot recommend the company highly enough! Thank you for such great service!

The communication with Terry was prompt and once he came to the house, set up only took about an hour - he left us copies of all the instructions to keep the hot tub clean which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub for the weekend! Thanks Hyperion!

Apr 16,2021Fantastic service - what to do with the chemicals was well explained so it was much easier to maintain than I would have guessed. Terry is lovely and more than helpful. The hot tub (Orbis) was great for all four of us. We used it over Easter as a holiday pleasure and then when we were back at work to relax. I want one of my own!

Apr 13,2021I hired the Orbis model from Hyperion Hot Tubs for my wife’s 40th birthday. Terry was really great throughout the process. He was initially fully booked (a good sign) but kept me appraised of the situation and let me know as soon as he had a hot tub available. Set up was quick and easy and Terry was clearly very knowledgable, explaining everything I needed to know about maintaining the tub and providing further information that I could refer to if needed. The hot tub itself was a real gem and we all had a great time in it - especially my 2 kids. Collection of the tub at the end of the hire was again quick and easy with no mess - Terry has all the kit for filling and emptying the tub. I thoroughly recommend using Terry and Hyperion Hot Tubs if you want hassle free hire of a really good quality hot tub. Simon

He arrived on time and assessed the location options before fully setting up the hot tub. Before leaving he explained the water treatment system and general care rules. He was at the end of the phone during the hire period incase we had any problems and arrived promptly on collection day. Terry did everything and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Overall the quality of the Hot Tub exceeded our expectations and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend Hyperion in the future.

The hot tub itself was just dreamy, perfect for relaxing and playing with my two year old. Especially in these covid times when we can’t get out and about, it made staying in a lot of fun! Nov 01,2020Highly recommend Terry & Hyperion Hot Tubs. The whole experience from booking to delivery was easy & professional. I was a bit daunted by the maintenance side of things with keeping the chemicals topped up etc but Terry did an amazing job of explaining it all and it was much easier than I thought it would be. We had the Orbis and it was perfect for our family of 4, we loved the lights and jet features. Can’t wait to have it again some time :-)

Oct 23,2020We can heartily recommend Hyperion Hot Tubs run by the lovely Terry. It was a whole new experience for us and we were a bit anxious about what would be involved. But we did not have to do a thing, other than enjoy ourselves. Terry was so helpful, efficient and friendly. He made it so easy. The hot tub was high quality and Terry was able to give expert advice on which type to choose. He managed to cheerfully manoeuvre the hot tub through our gate (not an easy task as it was on a narrow corner) and then we sat and relaxed while he set the whole thing up. A great experience.

Oct 19,2020Fantastic service. Terry really looked after me and changed the days of hire to correspond with my wedding anniversary. The tub was delivered at the time stated and was beautifully clean. Instructions were given and left for keeping the tub clean which were easy to understand and follow. We couldn't have a holiday this year (for obvious reasons) so the importance of this staycation was huge for us. The hot tub really made another weekend locked down at home one to remember. Thanks again for the fantastic service.
