Hi, we are IBBE DESIGN. We are a furniture reseller business located in Denmark and we offer furniture for normal families. We love timeless designs and we are interested in sustainable packaging, fast delivery, and we are ready to deliver at any time to anywhere in Europe. Apart from this, we are interested in offering a big product range and whole collections for dining- and living rooms. We provide value for money and are stable, settled, and reliable in the furniture market. We are special, because of our 20 years of experience, the good after-sales-service (in case of problems or damage), which is why we already look back at good responses from customers.

Jan 17,2022Very bad service. I have lost 100 euro in conversion becouse of them incompetence. I have ordered in the middle of January a sofa aprox 2.200 euro on website and products were in stock. After this I get an e-mail from them and they say they not have an modul from sofa in stock so they could give my money back or they will send it in March. I choose to get my money back because we need a sofa in my house. I get less money back in my acconto so I will not advice to buy from them becouse they are very incompetent.

Jan 14,2022Needed to contact support several times during ordering process, this should be improved. Delivery was very fast for a huge couch. One foot of my couch is not touching the ground it's hanging in the air 4-5 mm above it, which is a little strange and is a blemish.

Since we weren’t sure if it will fit, we asked for some precise measures of the product to make sure it fits well with our table. Within the same day, the super friendly employee L.K. went to the warehouse and sent us the required data. - we ordered, package arrived well packed within 2 business days - fits and looks great - very good quality! Fully recommend this store!
