DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This company has zero support and when they stop paying you for completed offers you’ll never get ahold of them, they will ignore you! They still owe me 50,000!!!! And I’ve been emailing them for 3 months and have gotten nothing. If I could give them a ZERO star I would

I don’t really know what happened. After completing 51 successful offers, they did not compensate me for the last 3 offers that I completed. I did contact the Support desk, only to be told that payment was still pending. I hate to say it, but I really thought that I was being given the run-around. Let’s be honest- if I was doing the surveys incorrectly, I wish someone would have told me. If there are issues outside of my control, an explanation as well as a resolution date timeframe would have been appreciated. Update March 19th: After no further action from Idle-Empire, I tried to log in today only to find that my account has been deleted. I suppose that’s one way to solve my issue of supposedly not being paid for work done.
