Jul 29,2020I am so grateful that I found iGASS. From the start, David and Jenny were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I initially requested a boiler service, but after inspecting the boiler, David said that a full service wouldn't be needed and managed to make a few small adjustments, saving a lot of time and money - my boiler has never been so quiet! My next services was for a full power flush which was carried out by David and his colleague, Brandon. The entire process was much faster and cleaner than I had ever imagined. David and Brandon were fantastic, highly experienced and very knowledgable, extremely clean, tidy, efficient and great to have around. I would highly recommend iGASS to anyone. Thank you very much David, Jenny and Brandon.

May 28,2019I can’t rate iGASS highly enough. They have changed my boiler and hot water tank and plumbed it onto our garage, taking away the old ones and making good the holes left by the old ones. The work was carried out very professionally and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are also lovely to have around the house.

Gave ATAG boiler as an option, I hadn't heard of them before, but after research decided to get one fitted. Installation went smoothly as well as sorting out some extra bits and pieces I wanted done at the time. I'd highly recommend them

Oct 18,2018David from IGASS was referred to me by a colleague in my office. We have a combi boiler that failed which left us with no heating or hot water. I called IGASS at 19:15 and by 22:00 the same evening our heating and hot water was all back on and fixed. Fantastic service and will never use another plumber again.

Jul 16,2022Used Dave as a gas engineer for years. Really lovely professional helpful and flexible individual to work with. Since he has had an ex colleague of his running his affairs/accounts - not so great. Slightly bullying experience when it took me a few weeks to pay a bill of around 100gbp. I also had to ask - and also wait myself - for the gas safety certificate that I paid for - to arrive. I work as a Deputy Senco in an industry that is on its knees with exhaustion and flat out trying to do the best we can for our special needs kids. At the end of several utterly debilitating years. This isn't a pity party - it's a statement of fact of how many people are struggling out here right now, to keep body and soul together. I was then away as we are moving and have been literally floored. Don't appreciate the aggressive bullying email I received this morning having explained that as soon as I got home, I would sort this. I got back v late last night and sorted this morning as I said I would. It's such a shame when people get involved who ultimately take away the experience of working with professionals who you would previously go out of your way to recommend. As anyone who knows me knows, I go out of my way to help people, and always will.
