May 07,2021Este broker abusa de todos los cobros posibles. Cobra si estás unos días sin operar, cobra unos swap que deben de ser hasta ilegales, 49 € por una posición de 0,04 abierta cinco días!! No lo recomiendo para nada, os robará de cualquier forma que encuentre.

Apr 29,2021Don't do business with this company! I'm sorry if you lost loads of money. Did you just get started? This is how I got out of it, so it must work for you as well. 1. I created an account and deposited 250 euros. Directly after I made the deposit I realised it was a scam. My belated gut feeling was confirmed by the website of the Dutch police; IGM FX is known to be untrustworthy and the Dutch police discourages people to do business with them. For Dutch people: op de website van de politie vind je een overzicht van bekende malafide handelspartijen. Je kunt zoeken op bijvoorbeeld rekeningnummer. 2. I logged into my IGM FX account and asked for a withdrawal. 3. Nikolas A called me. He told me I had to send my documents (passport, etc) to verify my account due to laws and regulation. I told him I knew they were a scam and he got very annoyed. I hang up on him. 4. I sent them an email saying I reconsidered and wanted to make an appeal on my 14 day right of withdrawal. Please note that this is applicable for each and every product and service you buy online. I also mentioned that it was not necessary to provide any documents, since I decided to cancel my registration. 5. I missed several calls from Guy K, an account manager, and received an email from him. Guy K was extremely annoyed that I did not answer my phone "I do have a very busy schedule as well, so I understand time management". Excuse me, Guy? Off course he only wanted to help, as he said that "one of the biggest trading events of the quarter was coming up". Sure, Guy. I responded by saying I wanted out and there was no reason for him to call me again. 6. I received an email: my account had been verified successfully through the use of electronic identity verification. Please be aware that I did not mail them any documents! 7. I received an email: I needed to fill out a form and send a copy of my passport to complete my request for a withdrawal. I did not respond to this email. 8. I received an email: my withdrawal request had been processed. Please be aware that I did not mail them any documents! 9. I received an email: my withdrawal request had been approved and it would take up to 5 business days to get my money back. 10. After 3 days I received 240 of my 250 euros. Anyone who is claiming that this company is trustworthy is a complete and utter liar. Do you really believe a trustworthy company uses false advertising on fake websites with fake testimonials? Think again.

Apr 28,2021I am not sure, but they have scammed me for a big part of my deposit. They have sent me all sorts of documents for several days to get my money back and they want a big fee for doing so. Every time i send back a document with information, they have a new one. Probably waiting for me to give up. It was easy enough to put the money in there. I have found a better solution and dont recommend igmfx at all. Update: I got part of my deposit back so just be aware that there's a fee for withdrawal. I see they also want my info from trustpilot in order to contact me, but honestly, they have been spamming me with phone calls since I created the account. I have blocked the numbers as they come and dont want to give any information so they can continue to contact me. I had a "consultant" from IGM helping me to create the account and he was quite agressive and fast and did not inform me about the fee beforehand. Yes, juridically i should have read all about it, but I was being guided and trusted the consultant. I'm done with this now and just take the loss. Bye IGM

Apr 28,2021I didn't even go through fully with the registration, but they started calling me anyway. I started reading about IGM FX here on Trustpilot and decided that this isn't for me, I don't want to be called by people with an "aggressive" sales approach. As I sat here reading, they called me, even though I hadn't finished the registration. I said I'm not interested and that I don't have time to talk. He said "why don't you have time to talk", and I said "that's none of your business", he then said "why do you create an account if you don't have time to talk?". Then I just got annoyed and said bye and hung up. Don't register, these are some pushy rude guys! Update! Since I wrote this I get like ten calls a day from different trading companies in the UK. They just won't stop calling! Update 2! They have now called multiple times a day and won't accept no for an answer. I tell them i'm not interested and hang up, five seconds later the same guy calls me again, and again, and again! They call from Sweden, UK & Australia, and everytime I say stop calling me they just say: I haven't called you before. Of course you haven't, but someone else from your company has! Stay away from this company!!! They refuse to remove you from their lists and call from different numbers every time so you cant block them either!

Apr 26,2021I just created an account and didn’t upload the required documents yet. I got 2 call directly even on Sunday! Very inappropriate behaviour on the call pushing to upload. I first want to see if I can withdraw my money. If this works then I would be willing to explore further. @IGMFX, thanks for the response but first facilitate my withdraw. Then w’ll talk. Don’t say you need my documents first to withdraw. I also made a deposit without documents so I should be able to withdraw without. If not, I will take action. AFM and others might be interested in your ways of working.....

Apr 23,2021Very aggressive and pushy style to rush a customer to deposit and deposit more. Instantly after registering within 2 second a manager called and before I had a chance to take a look at the platform he rushed me to deposit at least 250 to start with and that I will be signed for a manager who would help me learn trading. I did the deposit in that second thinking I could withdraw anytime if I decide not to trade. Well, this second manager who is assigned to “help me” did nothing but showed me how to take a trade on his demo account and telling me winning amount but got up set when I asked about the loosing possibilities. He considered me as a fool who is to be leaded easily since I should have believe in him helping me to make lots and lots of money within DAYS and not even weeks and that I could quit my job anytime after he has taught me to trade. Well, if he is that good to beat the market then why is he still working to earn his salary? And before he would spend time teaching me he would need to know if I am willing to put more money or otherwise it would be a waste is this time 😏 He was aggressively trying to get me deposit 100.000€ or 250.000€ (small money according to him) because 250€ is nothing and 25.000€ also would be nothing than a waste of his time. I can tell you that he wasted my time. I decided to request a withdrawal immediately because I don’t appreciate the style of how this company works, trying to scamming innocent people, giving the nonsense promises of profits and earnings no one can guarantee in advance and urge them to deposit the insane money before even get started. Anyone who was been trading or investing should know how unpredictable the market is. I will get you updated how it goes with withdrawal and how long it takes for company to pay back customer’s money. Meanwhile, stay away from this site! There are nothing else but greedy “managers” haunting to dry out your money. Update: So I received my withdrawal back in 3 business days which is considered quick enough with processing. It seems there is no possibility to learn trading with demo account (for example a first month when signing) unless you deposit money. Which is a shame because I would have like to learn trading with my own free time without manager harassing and pushing me immediately after signing and phone call terrorism daily from this company.

Apr 18,2021One of the easiest platforms out there. Reviews say aggressive. That’s very unfair. My manager calls me three times a week. He emails me every morning. Aggressive. Never. This company is a trading platform. People should remember that. It’s not a get rich quick solution. You have to enjoy it and you have to remember it’s long term.

They have looked after me and helped since January, I never write reviews, However i felt is well deserved. Thanks

Og han ( Ahmad)har guidet virkelig godt - da jeg var helt uden erfaring! Jeg er på intet tidspunkt blevet presset til noget! Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette firma, specielt til nybegyndere!!

Apr 12,2021Read the reviews and not sure what to make of it. I have had an account for 8 weeks and found only good things to say. I have a senior account manager who has shown me how to trade, im not making a fortune but im not losing on the same token. I had a great result on XRP and not so good on Bitcoin, but i asked is it good or bad to trade on Crypto currencies. I was told there's a risk with everything, this is what im confused about, the reviews say something different, I am happy and dealing with an english guy.

Apr 03,2021Opened a depot at what turned out to be igmfx via a fake advertisement. Requests to return the deposit will not be accepted. Several phone calls and emails daily with the request to upload personal documents. I do not wish to go into this. Chat support is repeatedly cut off. Support via e-mail is of no benefit. Clear case of a scam. Via een fake advertentie een depot geopend bij wat later bleek igmfx te zijn. Op verzoeken tot het terugstorten van het depot wordt niet ingegaan. Dagelijks meerdere telefoontjes en emails met het verzoek tot het uploaden van persoonlijke documenten. Ik wens hier niet op in te gaan. Support via chat wordt bij herhaling afgebroken. Support via mail levert niets op. Duidelijk geval dus van een scam!

Na t gesprek met n medewerker bellende met diverse nrs +31 10 200 54 43 +31 30 202 50 74 +31 10 200 53 06 +31 30 202 50 84 +31 85 064 37 56 +31 30 202 50 43 +31 85 064 37 58 kreeg ik naar gevoel! Heb direct actie ondernomen en nu na 1 week gelukkig mijn geld lees 240 euro terug die 10 euro ach als ze er blij van worden! En maar blijven zeggen dat ze legaal zijn....ik trap er niet meer in!
