Dec 22,2023I bought a pair of black over the knee boots and they are the best ones I have ever had! The insides are so soft and they have a tightening bit at the top, which is idea for me as with other boots they tend to b too baggy. I'm literally IN LOVE with these boots!! 💯🥰

Dec 17,2023Absolutely shocking customer service received from Janet! She does not respond! I made an order rover 2 months ago the order went missing the delivery driver left it at the front of my back gate I return and no where to be found! Back and fourth with emails most of get ignored to tell me I have to wait till the 1st of December then the 8th and now the 15th to receive the claims form! In the mean time they offered me a store credit to the amount of my order no I now want my refund and I would not ever order from this company again! The 16th no email no refund and still no order.

On the odd occasion Ive had to send something back it’s only because I’ve brought the wrong size. My only criticism is that I would love to see a petite range as I’m only 5.2 and trousers can come up long. 😘
