Oct 16,2023Order no 1581332 which arrived with a hole in the shoulder seam.You are processing my refund but you have not included my delivery charge of £2.99 and you have then deducted £3.00 for the return.The fault lies entirely with you sending out substandard clothing so why should I pay you £5.99 for the privilege of delivery and return costs.This is outrageous,a disgraceful way to treat customers as this basically amounts to theft.I hope you resolve this ASAP and refund me the £25.48 that is owed
