No attempt was made to upsell and I got exactly what asked for at a good price and on time. Also several phone calls to check options and make sure I was happy with the card before it was ordered.

Especially his patience in helping an 80+, almost computer nerd, who has come into the world of computers far too late in life to enjoy and marvel at today's form of communication. They performed a diagnosis of the essential components, not discovering anything wrong, before wiping the hard drive and installing the latest version of Windows. Everything was done relatively quickly and in a conscientious manner, I feel confident in their capability and will return if I meet new PC issues.
