May 10,2021Using in a man made lake where the water is rated very clear. IN 15' OF WATER IT DOESN'T LIGHT UP FOR VISIBILITY VERY WELL. Also moving it to shallower water the light moves from boat wave action.

May 06,2021Product works as expected. The cord is plenty long. I linked 2 6v batteries together to achieve the 12v required and it works great. My hope is that in the future there will be a unit available that is self contained and doesn’t require gator clips to hook up to an external battery.

May 05,2021I purchased two green marker lights. The lights are exceptionally bright for a compact solar fixture. The light has a very low profile which makes it much safer for my application. The materials are very high quality and the price good for what you get. One of the lights I received was defective and it was promptly replaced. I have noticed that the lights do flicker a bit sometimes at dusk. Updating the circuit is probably not possible at this price point. I would highly recommend these lights especially if you need something with a low profile.

Apr 18,2021Very happy with the LED dock lights. I got the red ones to mark the end of our dock. Honestly I have not seen them from the water side but from land they are bright and and burn all night.

Apr 13,2021I have had my IllumiSea, 16,000 lumen green light for about a month now. It has worked exceptionally well so far!! We use it to fish off my boathouse. I have cleaned over 100 fish in the last 2 weeks!! I live on a very large lake in Texas. We get some really strong winds as my boathouse is on the open water. I have the IllumiSea in 12 feet of water, suspended about 2 feet off the bottom! Besides using the 3 lb. weight, I used 2 other pieces of heavy metal tied to the electric cord at 2 other places to keep it on the bottom, because I don't want to snag it while I am fishing!! Plus, I don't want the big waves to move where I have placed the light. The ONLY question now is durability!! It appears to be well built & sealed very well!!! Time will tell us!!
